SMS communications may originate from interactions with either the primary RTS Hub Group website or the RTS University training portal.

Both checkboxes must be unchecked by default.

Consent to receive marketing SMS is not required to submit a form, apply for employment, purchase services, or participate in otherwise available programs.

12. Consent and Account Registration

Registering for an RTS University account does not automatically enroll a user in promotional SMS messaging.

Users must provide the appropriate consent before receiving consent-based SMS communications.

Consent records may include the selected message category, source website, date, time, and consent status.

RTS Hub Group may update this policy to reflect changes in messaging practices, technical services, carrier requirements, or applicable laws.
