Unless expressly stated and independently verified, completion of a course does not grant state-issued professional licensing, government-approved certification, employment, promotion, or automatic authorization to perform regulated security duties.

Required licensing, training, employment qualifications, and management approvals remain applicable.

6. Training Records and Assessments

The RTS University platform may maintain:

Authorized RTS personnel may access these records for legitimate educational, employment, operational, and compliance-related purposes, subject to applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

RTS Hub Group educational content, original website materials, graphics, course designs, and related resources are owned or licensed by their respective rights holders.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Above & Beyond Limits is a separately owned platform or methodology. Its intellectual property remains under the control of its respective owner.

Participation in RTS Hub Group or RTS University does not guarantee employment, an assignment, compensation, promotion, or continued employment.
